COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES

 

To enable us to reopen in a safe, responsible and COVID-19 secure way we have put strict procedures in place.  All touch points will be regularly cleaned and sanitised as will any dresses or accessories tried on.  We want you to have the best experience possible while keeping us all safe during these difficult times and we appreciate your cooperation.

 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:-

  • Have you recently tested positive for Coronovirus?

  • Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?

  • Do you have a high temperature?

  • Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell?

  • Have you been told to self-isolate?

If the answer to any of these questions for you or your guests is YES then please reschedule your appointment.

 

YOUR APPOINTMENT:-

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time and wait for the door to be opened as we will be operating on a strict ‘appointment only’ basis.

  • We are able to allow a maximum of 2 guests and these must be from the same household or your support bubble.  Unfortunately we are unable to allow children at this time.

  • Upon entering you and your guests will be asked to confirm that you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 and will be required to scan our QR Code for NHS Test & Trace.

  • Hands must be sanitised upon arrival and masks MUST be worn throughout the appointment.

  • Gloves will be provided for the bride to wear while browsing gowns and accessories.

  • Guests MUST remain seated throughout the appointment in the allocated areas to maintain 2m social distancing requirements and must not touch gowns or accessories.

  • Due to Government restrictions we are unfortunately unable to serve refreshments at this time.
